Much anticipated and Grammy-award nominated American singer-songwriter Kortney Jammal Pollard, popularly known as Mali Music who was set to perform at a series of concerts in Kenya, South Africa and Uganda has been forced to cancel his appearances after the loss of his passport. This made him unable to travel in time for the scheduled events, and consequently Relentless 2017 has now been postponed indefinitely.
Mali Music was scheduled to participate in shows in Cape Town on Wednesday 20th September, a one-night special in Johannesburg on 21st September, followed by the Born Free concert in Kampala, Uganda on 23rd September and eventually RELENTLESS 2017 in Nairobi on 24th September.
Efforts to process an emergency travel document to make it in time for the scheduled booked events were not successful, leading to the unfortunate cancellation of the Nairobi event.
Tamar Ventures and Groove Networks sincerely regrets any inconvenience caused, and are working to find an alternate date for the event. In the meantime, ticket refunds will be processed with haste. For more information on ‘ Relentless 2017’, kindly contact (+254) 705225701.
